Coach Mac uses his wealth of knowledge to create a level of diversity that is unique and refreshing for anyone looking to improve their individual level of fitness. He promotes a team oriented training environment that encourages members to motivate one another during movements. His program includes elements of HIIT and kettlebell exercises in addition to boxing/kickboxing. His "Move to the work" philosophy is the key to your goals and transformation. He employs several great coaches that add even more to the program. This kids program is equally effective as it focuses on team building and mobility in a competitive but friendly environment.
